Do I need an account to sign up?

Nope! The site actually won't allow you to create an account until you've placed your first order. After you've placed your first order, you'll be prompted to create your account. Don't worry it's super easy and can be setup in seconds.

Can I pay with cash?

In order to make things as seamless as possible, we only take payments online.

How do I add another dog to my account?

Once you've placed your first dog's order, you'll need to redo the quiz and complete a second purchase. If you use the same email address as your first dog, we'll ensure that both dogs are under the same account.

How much does a plan cost?

Because we tailor your dog’s meals to their unique health, genetics and lifestyle - the price you pay is unique to you. To determine the cost of your dog's unique plan, simply tell us about your dog and we'll calculate their unique price.
